BHIINCO Health actively recruits experienced clinical professionals. Applicants must satisfy the following criteria to be considered for a position:

I. Education and training: 

1. 1. • Graduation from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program.

II. Experiences: 

1. 1. • A minimum of 5 years of combined inpatient and outpatient psychiatric nursing experience prior to PMHNP training.

      • A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience practicing as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

III.  Supporting Documents: 

1. 1. • All academic credentials and clinical experience must be fully verifiable, with supporting documentation and professional references.

      • Applicants must be in good standing with their state licensing board, have a clear criminal record, and submit two professional letters of reference attesting to their interpersonal, adaptive, and clinical competencies.

IV. Sponsorship BHIINCO Health Nurse Practitioner:

• Interested applicants are encouraged to establish contact with a current BHIINCO Health Nurse Practitioner, formally express their interest in joining the team, and request that the NP serve as a sponsor to present their candidacy for review.
